This is my 18 year old cat "Sterling" and our rescued Blue Jay "Chi". They like to sit on the kitchen table together and watch the birds outside. I don't know if Chi thinks he is a cat or if Sterling is just to old to care one way or the other?
I wish we could all get along like this!!

This is absulutely outstanding Liz, at our house, the bird, a blue front amazon, chases our black cat, oddly enough, he never bothers the gray and white, go figure!! <>< #6860980Elizabeth A. Marker December 06, 2008

Hi Bonnie, You slipped in when I was replying to Derek.Ann Coates January 06, 2009
This is just the best. There is no way our cat would sit there like that with our bird. Our cat would be licking her lips ready to pounce. It's great to see natural enemies that can get on like this. Humans could learn a lot from them. Very deserved of the editor's pick. #6990335Elizabeth A. Marker January 06, 2009
