The magnificent Library of Congress, Jefferson Building, seen from the mezzanine level of the main entry atrium.
Many adjustments made & filters used on this 3-exposure HDR, to create a slightly 'glowing', slightly dreamy appearance (I hope!)

I all too briefly saw small portions of the exquisite Thomas Jefferson Building of the National Library during the 60's with my mother as I was preparing to settle in at college north of Boston. We had a stop over in the District before proceeding north.Isn't this the Minerva mosaic, and the Gutenberg Bible exhibit, as well as the arch commemorating the construction of the Jefferson Building on the east side of the Great Hall?
You have created an exquisite image of this, Chris. It looks like another gold medal winner to me. #9771421
