Band-tailed Beauty
Uploaded: September 12, 2010 03:37:15
This beautiful Band-tailed Pigeon is a regular visitor to our acreage in South West British Columbia, Canada. The original background was too distracting so I blurred it using Photoshop Elements 6.

Super job on the original capture -- great lighting and detail -- and on the background treatment, Maureen. Wish I could do as well -- I always get bleeding when I try :( #8895787Liz blahh September 12, 2010

Many thanks extened to Michelle, Jack, snne, Nikki, Liz and Merna for your ever welcome comments and your time. I so appreciate it and hope you are having a wonderful season! It was result of being a member of BetterPhoto, admiring so many artist's talents behind the lense and their fantastic presentations that motivated me to keep working at giving Digital Darkroom a priority when any of my captures of birds were hampered by distracting backgrounds. #8977193
