It was pure luck. I was shooting early morning water reflections on the dock when I heard some noise behind my back. I turned around and here he was 10 feet away. I just kept on shooting until I realized that I am on manual exposure for water and badly underexposed about a dozen shots of him. I quickly changed to AP and made just this one shot before he disappeared.

Thanks, but I cannot even take credit for it: it was pure luck. I was shooting early morning water reflections off the dock when I heard some sounds behind my back. I turned around and here he was 10 feet away. All I had to do is keep shooting. The exposure was manual and I badly underexposed about a dozen shots of him. Then I noticed it and quickly changed to AP. This is the only one that came out. Then he run away. #3235463Kay E. Mahoney September 26, 2006
